| Abstract: | The principle of severity in military administrative law should be treated as a fundamental principle of military administrative law. This principle means that military administrative law is more rigorous in rule-making, more stringent in implementation and more severe in punishment than common administrative law. This principle is one of laws of armed forces quality construction, and is an innate requirement of safeguarding interests of national defense and military interests of the State. Many provisions in military administrative law are the embodiments of this principle. |
