| 摘 要： | 从央视新址北配楼火灾着手，通过分析火灾的特点，从加强烟花爆竹安全管理及宣传教育、建筑外部装修消防安全、改进对建筑工程及施工现场的消防监督工作和对高层建筑限高、加强“六熟悉”方面提出了防止类似高层建筑火灾发生的措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the causes of the fire of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel next to China Central Television headquarters in Beijing and puts forward six suggestions in terms of fire prevention education, the manage of fire works and fire crackers, exterior decoration safety, the improvement of the quality of building construction and fire safety supervision. |
