| Abstract: | The US officially withdrew from the Antiballistic Missile Treaty in June 2002 in the purpose of seeking the absolute strategic superiority in the outer space,and began to fast deploy its nation missile defence(NMD) system.The strategy and actions that Russia works out and takes in response to the deployment of the US NMD system are described. |
