摘    要:为了对某型号导弹结构建立合理的有限元全弹模型,基于Nastran的灵敏度分析及优化功能,首先对初始导弹模型设计参数进行了灵敏度分析,并确定优化设计的设计变量,然后以模态试验结果为优化目标,对其进行动力学优化,得到修正模型.结果表明,修正后模型的计算结果与试验结果偏差有很大程度的改进,符合了工程的使用需要.

Abstract:To establish an accurate finite element(FE) model of a type missile structure,an optimized method based on the sensitivity analysis and optimized design of Nastran is provided here.Firstly, the sensitivity analysis of the initial missile model is made,and then the design variables are optimized. Vibration test data are taken as optimized object to optimize the FE model of the missile structure and obtain the updated model.Results show that the deviation between modified model results and those of experiments are improved greatly,meeting the engineering practical demand.
