| Abstract: | Under the background of American NMD project,the antiballistic missile treaty signed between U.S.and Russia is analyzed,including outlines,amendments and development of the treaty,from "amending the treaty" to"quiting the treaty",finally,the background and effect of U.S quiting the treaty is concluded. |
