| 摘 要： | 针对实际应用中彩色图像的版权保护问题，提出了一种结合Hadamard变换与奇异值分解（SVD）的非盲水印算法。实验证明，该算法对加噪、JPEG压缩、剪切、缩放和旋转攻击均有较强的抵抗力，具有较好的实用价值。

| Abstract: | For copyright protection of color images in the actual application, a watermark algorithm based on hadamard transformation and singular value decomposition is proposed in this paper. The experimental re- sults show that this algorithm is a robust against various attacks and of fairly good practical value. |
