| 摘 要： | 非战争军事行动的实施，要求我军具备军事素质过硬、英语能力强的复合型人才，而目前我国军事院校英语教学已不能满足这一时代新需求。从多个层面探讨改进军队英语教学的对策，以期促进军校英语教学又好又快地发展，培养更多部队急需的军事人才。

| Abstract: | In the of military operations other than war （MOOTW）, cultivation of military personnel equaipped with both military capabilities and foreign language competence become the first concern. The pres- ent mode in English teaching of military academies cannot meet the new requirement. Countermesures are dis- cussed in military context, aiming to promote qulified personnel training which is in great demand. |
