落实十八大精神，建设社会主义文化强国，农村文化建设不可忽视，扎实推进农村文化建设是扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设的基础和重要环节。当前，必须认真遵循科学发展观的基本理念，深入探索农村文化建设的实现路径：要坚持“以农民为本”，探索农村文化的“内源型”发展道路；要坚持全面发展理念，开创农村大文化建设的大格局；要坚持协调发展理念，培育农村文化发展的良好生态；要坚持可持续发展理念，构建农村文化建设的长效机制。

The Path of Rural Cultural Construction from the Perspective of Scientific Development

In the process of enacting the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the CPC and constructing the culturally strong socialist country, rural cultural construction should not be ignored. At present, the basic concept of the scientific outlook on development must be seriously stud- ied, the path to construct rural culture must be explored in depth; the endogenous development mode of rural cultural construction must be studied with the concept of peasants first; an overall rural cultural construction must be created with a comprehensive and harmonious concept;a long term mechanism of rural cultural construction must be set up with a sustainable development concept.
