| 摘 要： | 武警基层部队高度分散，担负任务多样，防范灾害对武警部队来说，具有特殊重要的意义。基层部队要做好重大自然灾害的预防工作，就应该把握预知险情的基本途径，掌握应对险情的主要方法，采取排除险情的根本措施，有效防止灾害对部队建设带来的损失。

| Abstract: | Armed police forces at the grass-root level is highly fragmented and take diverse tasks,and preventing disasters is of special significance. Grassroots units must do a good iob to prevent natural disasters ,grasp the basic way to predict the danger, master the methods to deal with danger, use the fundamental measures to eliminate danger, prevent the disaster losses on construction troops effectively. |
