| Abstract: | The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party made a total deployment and a general mobilization of deepening the reform in an all--round way. It also puts forward a series of new ideas and judgments. This paper interprets the three aspects of the main characteristics, theory highlights and handling of the problems, thus accurately understands the great significance and spiritual essence of deepening reform comprehensively, and strengthens the confidence of achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream. |
