| 摘 要： | 习主席提出的党在新形势下的强军目标，明确了中国国防和军队建设的聚焦点和着力点，是我们党在新的历史起点上加快推进国防和军队现代化的庄严宣示。本文研究了强军目标的缘起，归纳出强军目标的四个语言艺术特色，探析了其军事语用效果。

| Abstract: | The strong army targets under the new situation proposed by Chairman Xi help us to be clear about the focus and strength of China＇s national defense and army building＂ . It＇s our Party＇s Declaration in the new historical period to accelerate the modernization of national defense and the army. This artical studies the origin of the strong army targets, sums up the four characteristics of the language arts and analyzes its military pragmatic effect. |
