| Abstract: | The quality of new cadet training will directly influence the training effect in the follwing 4 years. This article analyzes the importance of Qindi Skills and its traing methods, emphasizes the necessity of combining intensive training with cadets＂ differences and finally points out all the above factors may contribute to the recruit intensive traing of cadets＂ Qindi Skills. |
