构建武警法学学科体系

深化武警院校改革，聚焦“能打仗、打胜仗”这个强军之要，必须构建武警法学学科体系。武警法学经历了孕育萌芽、研究探索、创立形成的发展阶段。构建武警法学学科体系，必须紧贴武警部队职能任务实际，发展武警法学的特色和优势，为部队培养“会指挥、懂法律的指挥警官和初级指挥人才”。

To Build a Discipline System of Military Law with Characteristics of Armed Police Law

To deepen the reform of armed police colleges and enhance the principle of ＂being able to fight and win battles＂ which is essential to building a powerful military, a discipline system of military law with characteristics of armed police law must be built. The science of armed police law has experienced stages of sprouting, research and exploration, and has en- tered the developing stage. The construction of discipline system of military law with char- acteristics of armed police law must be implemented in accordance with the actual task and functions of CAPF, giving full play to features and advantages of the science of armed police law, adapting to the requirements for winning the IT-based warfare, and cultivating ＂commanders and primary commanding talents who know the arts of commanding and understand the law＂ for the army.
