知识服务在建设学习型院校中的作用

通过对图书馆知识服务的内涵揭示，认为图书馆是知识服务的重要支撑机构。在创建学习型院校活动中，图书馆应从服务于院校发展的角度，顺应时代发展的要求，积极应对新的挑战，从文献服务转向知识服务，培养和造就一批高素质馆员队伍，推出个性化、专业化的知识服务，为建设学习型院校发挥积极作用。

The Function of Knowledge Service in the Construction of Studying- type Academics

By revealing the connotation that libraries provide knowledge services, the author puts forward own opinion as follows： libraries , as important support pillars for the knowledge -providing services, should comply with the requirements of the times and meet the new challenges actively during the process of establishing the learing - oriented institutions from the perspective of service and institutions＇ developments. The library should shift its business foucus from documents services to knowledge services, introducing personalized and professional knowledge services, training and forging a highly qualified contingent of librarians which plays an active role in the establishment of the the leafing - oriented institutions.
