| Abstract: | The management of student company should pay attention to the development of student＇ s creationary thinking ability. This text analyzed the restriction of traditional management style to the development of student＇ s creationary thinking ability. And also put forward some ideas that governor should change management style to develop student＇ s creationary thinking ability. |
