试论武警部队指挥自动化管理专业的职业化改建对策

武警部队指挥自动化管理专业自开设以来，为部队培养了一批骨干技术人才。但在军队院校学历教育向任职教育转型的宏观背景下，指挥自动化管理专业建设改革进程尚显滞后，急需从人才培养定位、教员队伍、教学内容、教学方法、教学条件等方面进行职业化改造，创建符合职业教育规律的指挥自动化管理专业体系。

On the Countermeasure in Adjusting the Professionalization of CAPF＇s Network Management Speciality

Since the network management was established,there had been a group of profes- sional graduates going to work in the Armed Police Force . But facing the change from aca- demic education to vocational education , the construction and reform of network manage- ment fall behind. The training location , teachers, teaching contents, methods and condi- tions needed to be changed to create a system of network management which can applied to vocational education.
