摘    要:建设现代警营饮食文化,是武警部队给养保障建设发展的战略性举措,也是今后一个时期部队饮食保障工作的发展方向。紧密联系武警部队实际,从“转变保障理念,把准建设方向;紧贴保障需求,铸牢物质基础;突出文化渗透,凝聚丰富内涵;强化科学管理,规范良好秩序;建强炊事队伍,提供人才基础”五个方面,对建设现代警营饮食文化进行了探索分析。

Abstract:Modern food culture construction of CAPF is a strategic measure and development divectlon in provisions guarantee of CAPF. This article is closely combined with the realities of CAPF, analyzing the modern food culture construction of CAPF from five essential aspects. Changing guarantee philosophy and cathing the development direction; clinging to the guarantee needs and building a firm material foundation; highlightening the culture and crystallizing the connotation; strenghtening the scientific management and standardizing pleasant order; as well as developing military kitchen work team and providing a good foundation of talented people.
