| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛同志在十七大报告中提出，要“加紧培养大批高素质新型军事人才，切实转变战斗力生成模式。”作为一所武警部队初级院校，培养合格人才，不断提高教学质量水平，需要在树立先进教育理念、规范教学制度法规和完善教员队伍建设上下功夫。

| Abstract: | In the 17th National Congress of the CPC, Chairman Hu pointed out： ＂intensify our efforts to train a new type of high - caliber military personnel in large numbers and change the mode of generating combat capabilities. ＂As an elementary academy of CAPF, we should make great effort on establishing an advanced educational concepts, standardizing teaching systems and regulations and improving the teachers＇ abilities in order to train qualified personnel and improve teaching abilities continuously. |
