基于构建武警部队应急军械移动库房的考虑

武警部队支队（团）级在遂行多样化任务过程中，军械装备的途中运输、驻地储存和野外管理都存在着不同程度的安全隐患。为解决这一问题，通过调研、听取部队反映和充分论证，提出亟待研制武警部队支队（团）级应急军械移动库房的设想，并借鉴厢式汽车和军用方舱的结构和技术，进而确立设计理念，分析设计思路，研究攻关重点，设置安全模块，形成全新的移动库房，以保障部队应急需要。

Considerations on Constructing Emergency Moving Armoury for CAPF

There are some safety loopholes in the transportation, encampment storage and field management for armament equipment while the detachments （regimental） of CAPF are performing varied tasks. To solve the problem, this paper proposes the considerations on designing emergency moving armoury for the detachments （regimental） of CAPF by the means of researching, learning feedback and demonstrating thoroughly. It references the construction and technology of van vehicles and the military shelters, then establishes design concept, analyses design methodology, studies on the key point, sets up security module, finally forms the new moving armoury so as to satisfy the emergency demands for the army.
