| Abstract: | The paper presents how to fully develop the combating culture function of military maxims, to create a kind of atmosphere of advocating and being bold army. The Armed Police Force should be developed into the loyal guards＇ mission better for our party and people in combat, building the feeling of being hero in the a mighty and civilized force in high spirit and fulfill with the help of military maxims. |
