| Abstract: | The conversion of martial strategic thought is not only the important part and internal demands in boosting martial transform which has Sinicism, but also is an important content in strengthening martial contracture under the condition of information. Martial transform which has Sinicism need the support of the transforms in substance and spirit which core is the conversion of martial strategic thought . |
