任职教育中教学组织的研究与实践

The Research and Practice of Teaching Organization in Professional Education

In the process of professional education, teaching organization is very important not only to the education quality, but also to the understanding and running level of a whole school. Through years＇ practice, the author concludes that leading, designing and organization are three key points in the professioal education. Only with the support of all the leaders, the force fitted teaching content and strict training management, can the teaching and studying enthusiasm be inspired and the education quality be insured.
