加强和改进武警院校学员思想政治教育的几点思考

社会主义市场经济的发展，政治体制改革的不断深化，多元思想文化的相互碰撞，引起了学员思想观念、价值取向、行为方式的深刻变化，也对武警院校的思想政治教育提出了新的挑战和要求。必须针对青年学员遇到的新情况、新问题，积极探索思想政治教育新思路、新目标、新内容、新办法，不断增强思想政治教育的针对性、实效性。

Thoughts on Enhancing and Improving the Ideological and Political Education of Cadets in CAPF Military Academies

Along with the development of the socialist market economy, the deepening political reform, and the interaction of pluralistic cultures, profound changes are taken place in cadets＇ concepts, value orientation and ways of act. In addidtion, the situation also presents new demands and challenges. Therefore, in view of the new situation and problems those young cadets meet, it is a must not only to make active explorations on new train of thoughts, new objectives and new ways while developing ideologicial and political education, but to emphasize its aim and practical results as well.
