| 摘 要： | 武警院校学员队处于教学管理第一线，在培养适应部队现代化建设合格人才中负有重要使命和职责。以武警成都指挥学院学员17队的实践为依据，探索有利于学员学习成长的教育管理模式，制定和完善有利于培养提高学员综合素质的标准和制度，营造有利于学员成才的育人环境和氛围。

| Abstract: | The companies of CAPF colleges are on the front - line of teaching and supervision. They shoulder the important missions and responsibilities of fostering qualified cadets to adapt the force modernization construction. Taking the practice of Company No. 17 of Chengdu Commanding College as an example, the paper explores the supervising ＆ educating＇ mode in favor of cadets maturity, building the standard, system and atmosphere of enhancing cadets＇ comprehensive quality. |
