A Discussion on the Model Role of the New Army-Regulating Movement to the Innovative Political Work

In order to enhance the class consciousness of the officers and soldiers, based on the two major methods-the ＂Speak one＇ s pieces＂ and ＂Three Checks Three Regulations＂, our army uses the free time of the war to develop a political education during the Liberation War. This is the New Army-Regulating Movement. This excise is a great pioneering work in the political work of our army. The basic spirit and experience of this movement include the carrying out of our mass route, dealing with the concrete matters relating to the work, developing the work around the centre, organizing strictly and inheriting the glorious traditions. All these still have a demonstrating and enlightening effect on our army＇ s political education work for the innovative develop- ment.
