| Abstract: | The vulnerable mentality exists in military basic-level officers due to the particularity of the occupation. By defining the vulnerable mentality scientifically, this paper analyses the exterior behaviors and the deep-seated reasons of the vulnerable mentality of military basic-level officers. Three pieces of advice are proposed to avoid the vulnerable mentality, which are lessening the negative impact of the exterior environment, strengthening the sense of duty and heightening self-suggestion. |
