| Abstract: | Scientific and research work has an important effect on training high -level experts, great masters, rearing high -quality military talents and improving the college running level. Therefore, academic creative ability needs to be enhanced, the service role of scientific and research work to the teaching should be developed. Meanwhile, technical creative ability is also need to be improved so as to serve the forces to lift combat efficiency. |
