| Abstract: | In the important endeavor of vitalizing the army through science and technology, it is a necessary requirement for senior commanders to improve their technological cognition capacity, technological innovation capacity and technological application capacity. This paper proceeds from the perspectives of warfare evolution, integrated development and threat coping to give some attemptive ideas on how to improve the capacity of technological cognition, innovation and application for senior commanders. |
