| Abstract: | The US high energy laser joint technology office was established in 2000, which coordinates the innovation units in the national innovation system efficiently and helps to hold the top-level technology achievement, has less than 10 full-time staff. The mission and role, organization and execution, scientific projects and important decision-making are introduced, which could be a reference for scientific innovation and management innovation. |
