| Abstract: | President Xi mentioned the issue of "two not enough":There was not enough capability to fight or command a modern war.In view of it, we put forward three measures and suggestions: to carry out the qualification authentication system and job rotation system among the services, to implement "teaching masters project" in military academies, and to further strengthen the military training and evaluation system. |
