| 摘 要： | 军民融合成为适应时代和平主旋律的一种新的国际趋势。随着现代科学技术的发展,技术创新有助于促进我国转变经济增长方式、有助于建设创新型国家、有助于增强我国的综合国力。军民融合与技术创新两者并不是相分离的,技术创新需要军民融合的不断深化提供资金、人才以及法律支持,同时军民融合促进技术创新模式选择。

| Abstract: | The military-civilian integration has become a new international situation adapting to the theme of peace in the era.With the development of modern science and technology, technological innovation will help promote China's transformation of economic growth, contribute to the construction of an innovation-oriented country, and enhance China's comprehensive national strength.Military-civilian integration and technological innovation are not separated from each other, technological innovation needs to deepen the military-civilian integration to provide financial, personnel and legal support, while military-civilian integration needs to promote the choice of technological innovation mode. |
