坚持“面向部队、面向战场”创新军事高科技培训发展

落实强军目标要求,培养＂能打仗,打胜仗＂的新型军事人才,是院校教育、部队训练和军事职业教育＂三位一体＂人才培养体系的根本任务。军事高科技培训作为军事人才培养的重要组成部分,贯穿于院校教育、部队训练和军事职业教育的全过程。文章以培训要坚持＂面向部队、面向战场＂为切入点,在分析现有培训与＂两个面向＂的差距基础上,对如何推进人才培养改革、创新军事高科技培训发展的方法途径进行了探讨。

Insist on Facing the Troops and the Battlefield Innovate the Development of the High-tech Military Training

In order to achieve the objective of building a strong army,cultivating the new-type military talents with high ability to fight and to win is the fundamental task of the trinity Personnel Cultivating System. This system includes military academy education, military training and military professional education. As an important part of the military talents cultivation, the high-tech military training must go through the whole process of military academy education, military training and military professional education. This paper insists on the point that military talents cultivation should face the troops and the battlefield. The gap between the existing training system and the ＂two-facing-ups＂was analyzed. Based on this analysis, the methodological approaches that can promote the reform of military talents cultivation and innovative the development of the high-tech military training are explored.
