| Abstract: | Scientific exploration is the source of disruptive technological innovation products. Interdisciplinary scientists open the way for disruptive innovation products, provide strategic consulting, construct technical principles and design solutions, and develop innovative products directly. We must attach great importance to the dominant position of interdisciplinary scientists, intensify the strength to cultivate talents, introduce talents, retain talents, and create an inclusive scientific and cultural environment that will bring into play talents. |
