摘    要:数据中心作为支撑装备保障指挥、管理、维修、供应及训练等业务运行的重要基础,是数据交换的枢纽和各级数据的总汇,也是信息服务的中心,对深化装备保障信息需求、实现保障信息有效管理和强化保障信息综合应用至关重要。本文面向装备保障数据中心建设需求,分析了装备保障数据中心的内涵及其在数据汇聚存储、数据共享交换、保障决策支持及综合信息服务等方面的重要作用,从总体架构、物理结构和数据结构三个方面开展了数据中心体系结构设计;同时,立足装备保障数据中心建设与应用,针对应该重点把握的数据标准规范建设、配套数据采集手段、加强安全保密建设、完善运维管理体系及建立专业分析团队等问题进行了阐述。研究成果可为实际开展装备保障数据中心建设提供 参考。

Abstract:As an important basis for the operations of command, management, maintenance, supply, and training for equipment support, the data center is the hub of data exchange, an aggregation of data at all levels, and the center of the information service. Data centers are crucial for satisfying the demand for information, implementing effective management, and strengthening the integrated application of information. In the context of the demand for data centers, this study analyzes the equipment support data center system as well as its roles in data aggregation and storage, data sharing and exchange, and providing decision support and a comprehensive information service. The authors design a data center system from the perspectives of its overall architecture, physical structure, and the structure of the data. Its applications are then used to examine several relevant problems, such as constructing a standard data system, developing the necessary data acquisition methods, strengthening security, improving the operational management system, and establishing a team for professional analysis. This can provide important foundations for the construction of equipment support data centers.
