Analysis on the transformation and application of national defense intellectual property rights promoted by military scientiifc research institutions

As an important part of national innovation system, the military research institutions undertake a large number of scientific and technological innovation tasks, produce a number of high level of scientific and technological achievements with independent intelectual property rights, and promote the national defense intelectual property rights by military scientific research institutions into application. It is a necessary way to implement the civil military integration development strategy. The study analyzes current situation of the military scientific research institutions’ national defense intelectual property rights transformation and obstacles restricting transformation, and discusses the measures to promote the transformation of national defense intelectual property rights of the military scientiifc research institutions.
