Problems in training joint officer through theater professional military education and recommendations

Training Work officers through developing theater military professional education is an important component in strengthening the joint command and command personnel development, realizing the modernization of military personnel and promoting the construction of joint operational command system. In order to solve the current problems, this paper focuses on the aspects of accelerating the development of theater professional military education and putting more efforts on training joint officers and makes such recommendations as improving top-level design, optimizing content system, broadening the channels of practice, and stimulating the vitality of the team.
