After the use of information system operations, mechanism forwinning command confrontation is also changed, mainly in the command information sharing, information network support,the resulting command elements integration, and the law of command confrontation process affected by joint action of confronting forces. This paper proposes to achieve precise effect, break network and seek the optimal effect in the full spectrum operations.
