Enhancing the Capacity of Military Sub-district Command in Carrying out Diversified Military Tasks through four Abilities

This paper discusses the four abilities of the military sub-district （garrison） system and proposes that inte- grated command should be highlighted to enhance the organizing and commanding ability of command; skills training should be paid more attention toimprove the ability of command in make good plans; tactic research should be focused to improve innovation ability of command; and coordination and synchronization should be noted to improve the training ability of command.
