摘    要:根据闭式循环柴油机废气处理的特殊要求,为保证系统安全、高效地运行,对循坏废气中CO2吸收原理、具体方法进行了较深入的研究,认为应用水吸收CO2超重力场旋转床气液逆流接触的吸收方案为最佳方案.文中对不同类型的旋转床填料进行分析比较后,认为选择同心环波纹碟片填料比较合适.

Abstract:The principles and methods of carbon dioxide absorption in the close cycle diesel (CCD)exhaust gas are investigated in this paper, based on the special requirements of treament for CCD exhaust gas, and it is considered that the system must be operated on the conditions of high safety and effectiveness. The best method of absorption is concluded that the high gravity rotating packed bed (RPB) is used for absorbing carbon dioxide from exhaust gases when water is in counter-flow. After analysis of various packing types, the best affordable packing is selected, which is the wave form disk plate.
