自紧管的蠕变——应力松驰

摘    要:本文讨论自紧管在稳定化处理时,由于残余应力作用,材料发生蠕变而引起的应力松驰现象.根据材料的蠕变性能,利用数值方法计算了稳定化处理时蠕变引起的残余应力松驰量。本文认为,在本实验条件下,稳定化处理过程中蠕变引起的应力松驰量可忽略。

Abstract:The author studies the relaxation of residual stresses in autofrettaged cylinders caused by material creep during stabilizing treatment.Based on the creep characteristics of the material,the relaxation of the residual stresses during stabilizing treatment is calculated with numerical method.Under the experi- mental conditions described in the paper,it is believed that the relaxation of the residual stresses caused by material creep in the process of low temperature heat-treatment can be neglected.
