| Abstract: | In this paper, conventional contract types used in warship development by US navy are introduced in brief firstly. Then the risk shared by the military and enterprise in using diffe rent contract types is analyzed. At last, several examples of contract used in warship deve lopment and acquisition are given about the risk sharing. |
