基于模糊理论和频谱分析的电力电子设备的故障诊断

摘    要:将模糊理论和频谱分析引入电力电子电路故障诊断之中.对关键点的电压信号进行数据采集, 然后对此信号进行频谱分析,得到被诊断元件不同故障时关键点的频谱特征.通过确定各待诊断元件的故障隶属度,确定故障元件.故障诊断实例和仿真结果表明,本方法是可行的.

Abstract:Based on fuzzy theoryand frequencyspectrum analysis,anew fault diagnosis method for power electronic circuits is presented. By collecting the voltage signals of sticking points and proceeding Fourieranalysis, its frequency spectrumcharacters are acquired. Meanwhilethe membership degreesare built to confirm fault component. Experimental results and computer simulation both show that the proposed methodis feasible.
