柴油机燃油系统故障诊断研究

摘    要:应用柴油机燃油系统模拟计算的方法对柴油机燃油系统常见故障的供油压力波进行模拟计算 .通过大量计算表明 :柴油机燃油系统发生单一故障时 ,压力波变化的特征较为明显 ,并就每一种故障产生的压力波特点作了分析 ;当柴油机燃油系统发生复合型故障时 ,压力波变化复杂 ,为提高燃油系统故障诊断的准确性 ,提出采用系统融合的方法 .

Abstract:In this paper the pressure variation, which is usually shown in faults of the diesel engine injection system, is computed by means of a simulation method. According to the analysis of a great number of examples, it is shown: when a single failure occurs in injection fuel system, the character of the pressure variation law is notable; on the contrary, the pressure variation is more complex when more than two failures occur. In the article, the pressure variation law, which is shown not only in a single fault, but also in a compound fault, is given, and the fusion method, which is used to improve the accuracy of failure diagnosis of the fuel supply system, is first put forward.
