| Abstract: | In this paper, the importance of military academies carrying on researches in the field of science foundation is stated.The feasibility of applying for the items of science foundation is demonstrated, and an effective approach to taking them is discussed.In terms of the peculiarity of military academies,a series of feasible measures to strengthen the application work of science foundation are proposed. |
