| 摘 要： | 用Icepak软件对电子设备散热器进行了数值模拟,数值模拟得到的结果显示电子设备的散热效果与热管的管径、数量以及发热功率方面存在着密切的关系,为电子设备散热器的进一步优化设计提供了参考依据。

| Abstract: | Icepak was used for the numerical simulation.The simulation result shows that the relationship exists in the heat-sinking capabilities of electronic equipment and the caliber of heat pipe,the quantity of heat pipes as well as the exothermic power.This provides reference for the further optimization design of electronic equipment radiator. |
