| Abstract: | English military terms , as essential part of English military language, are used in the army with unity and conciseness,and cannot be substituted with civilian terms. They are unitary, accurate and specially referred in meaning. Besides the single words, many compound words and abbreviations are used in form, and the military terms in spoken language such as oral orders, words in communication as well as reports are usually brief and clear. |
