汽轮机叶片表面激光熔复抗汽蚀研究

摘    要:激光束由于功率大,工件热变形小,因此特别适用于精密零部件的修复工作.作者用激光熔复的方法对受浸蚀的汽轮机叶片进行了修复.文中介绍了合金粉末的选择、激光处理时工艺参数的确定、熔复层的金相组织及显微硬度、熔复层的抗汽蚀性能以及变形情况等问题.

Abstract:The surface of a damaged precise machine part can be repaired by using laser beam. During the reparation, a laser beam can produce vast amounts of heat within a tiny place, which only causes less deformation of the part. This paper probes into laser caldding technique, with which a eroded blade is recovered satisfactorily. Also this paper describes selection of the alloy powder, determination of the technological parameters used in the laser processing, metal graphic structure of deposited layer, its microhardness, its erosion resistance as well as the deformation of repaired blades.
