| 摘 要： | 介绍了静态混合器的种类、特性、工作原理和一种通用计算流体力学软件,Fluent软件.利用Gambit前处理器构造了一个简化的SMV型静态混合器模型,利用Fluent软件数值求解混合器的流场,对模拟结果进行了分析,混合小池对湍动能的产生贡献很大.混合器还能有效改善离散相的分散性.

Simulation of SMV static mixer with Fluent code |

| Abstract: | The types, characterand principle of static mixers and a general CFD code are introduced. The simple SMV static mixer model is constructed with Gambit pre\|processor and the flow field of the mixer is simulated using Fluent code. The result shows that themixing pool contributes to the production of turbulent kinetic energy greatly. The mixer also can disperse the discrete phase effectively. |
