| Abstract: | Methods of measuring the balance steady state reactances are presented for 12 phase synchronous machines with cosiderable stator winding resistances.Relevant formulas are derived for calculating the reactances according to the measured voltages and currents.Test results obtained on a realistic machine are given,showing that in some cases it is not allowable to neglect the influence of stator resistance in parameter measurement. |
