Research on the Conversion of Conventional Submarine to Submarine Oiler

Proceeded from the status quo of our early conventional submarines, this paper has discused the problem of the necessity, feasibility and potentiality of their conversion to submarine oiler. Author provides some suggestions and approaches to conversion, also presents proposals of the mission and tasks for submarine oiler. These comments can be adopted by the relevant agency for reference.
